Depends what sort of college textbooks.

If they're recently released specialist economics books, for example, then probably not. If they're popular English literature novels, then maybe you can download them from specialist bit-torrent trackers or a search on Emule may unearth what you require.

If you're looking for someone to mail you a brand new textbook then 'longshot' seems wholly inadequate.
