Torrentspy.com has a lot of tv shows. The newer ones seem to be available in HD as well.

I'm looking for UK tv programs, UKnova seems to be not accepting signups.

Bitemetv and isohunt are good sources..

Try newnova.org too... is the old suprnova but faster...
