Increase UPload Speed

I;m using ABC 3.0.1 and I want to know if there's any way to increase my upload speeds when i'm seeding something. I'm finding ABC isn't uploading they way it used to and my ratios are dropping.

there are clients who fake their upload...
but i am not recommend it becuase if the catch you they will give your ip a ban so...
