Anyone know what has happened to Blackcats?
I know they had been down, but had started back up on a temp tracker.
The last few days I cant get connected. Not even to the forums.

This was the best site that i knew to get games from. PSP, PS2, ETC.
with good download speeds usually.

Any news?
