We men should have an alarm reminder that the "time has come"
so we can vacate the premises or simply sit back and enjoy "the show"
and not get emotional pulled into the irrational turmoil.

I always forget :pinch:

suddenly she gets irrational heavy mood swings and it is only afterwards that i realize it was menstrual issues. (but wtf type of excuse it that anyway?)

Can't she simply warn me every month before hand - so we both understand?

Personally I don't get moody so much as do or say things out of context or innappropriately. It can be quite amusing to the bf. I am a snappy person sometimes anyway and apparently I don't get any worse (fortunately)

I am horny most of the time so I don't notice much of a change on that score.
