It says the key code is in use and i found a privete server patch but it doersnt help.

If you use the private server patch, you have to connect to servers that have PRIVATE, or CRACK/CRACKED in their title.

Don't buy it unless you're sure you want it.

Go to any of these servers (http://www.game-monitor.com/search.php?qry=cracked&game=cod2&country=&showFull=&showEmpty=) and you should be able to play online with the Deviance release.
