Problems connecting to demonoid.com

A few weeks ago (around the beginning of december) it suddenly got impossible to access demonoid for me. After a bit, not even downloaded torrents would connect to the demonoid tracker
i'm presently living/working in China and thought it might be that they've banned chinese ips.

Anyone have any insight?

I live in Canada and I have had the same problem off and on lately. For some reason every few mins it tells me the tracker can't be found, figured it was a problem with my connection but maybe its bigger then that? I dunno. Their servers are crap though, i've been downloading stuff from Demonoid for almost a year now and my ratio hasn't changed one bit. Not surprising that more problems are arising.
