NTL help

Just got a new telly but I can't find the leaflet that came with the NTL remote with all the codes for getting it so that the one controller does your telly as well as the NTL box. :(

Can anyone help please? :unsure:

Glad I found it cos the tv remote is shit. Its not a brand new tv as I was hoping but teh cast off from my aunt and uncle who got themselves a digital one for Xmas
