How many private trackers are you a member of? And are you active on all of them, trying to keep your ratio up?

It's sometimes difficult, with so many elite trackers available, and so little time (and bandwidth) :D

erm about 11. 3 i'm not a regular on but i try to stay active to not get banned. Justr in case. 1 i guess is a sister site of another site so dunno if it counts. I'm active on about 6 of these. I guess i just regsieter at some sites to see whats in there. But most are the same IMO.

erRor, props to you. I agree with you; alot of these files can be found on public trackers and not too long after, the only difference is speed and I've found that to be made up by patience.

i find it hard to maintain my ratio as i dont have unlimited broadband internet anymore :( we switched to broadband2 .. i get speeds of 400kb/s but our limit is 20GB per month and so i cant really afford to upload as much :-(

BT and private trackers are worthless when you have awsome usenet service with Newshosting and you have a pipe that you max out 24/7 at 9.0 Mb. So I guess my answer would have to be zero also :)

BT and private trackers are definately NOT worthless. I can easily max out on most torrents, just like you say usenet does, so no problems there. So I guess that makes them about equal, if not considering the glaring discrepancy that one is FREE and the other isn't. Sure goes against the "P2P is free" mentality.
