Cs Error

Alright so i went out and spent the money for Counterstrike today right and well i went to play and it gave me that error. Can someone direct me in the right direction so i wont get this. It happens when i try and join a room.

you have to update counterstrike with newest patch

Is that version 1.0 you trying to go online and play with?

Please get an updated version of CS at http://www.counter-strike.net.
There is not way you can play online with that version. Although some still do with v1.3.
