Help With Gameware Xbox Controler (macro Problem)

does anyone know how to turn off macro on a GAMEware Xbox Control Pad it has absolutely stumped me and i cant play my games coz when i press a button or trigger it goes wild.......Also I Cannot Look at my instructions because i chucked them out!!!!!!:cry: :cry:

i have a 4gamers pad and i just have to hold "clear" and press the button that pisses me off
