So you want to change the extensions .exe to something else?

Go to the folder you have your file,
then click on Tools at the top, go down to Folder Options, then click on View tab,
scroll down and uncheck the box that says "hide file extensions for known file types",
click OK, go back to your iso file, right click, rename, then delete the extension .exe replace with .iso.
Now it should show up.  B)
Hope that helps.

Or you could use WinISO's "Convert" function. ;)

Yes it does.

Open it up, and hit Convert -> Other Format Convert.

Put your .exe as your source file.

I didn't know this before too. It's a common question these days.

If the .exe is a self-extracting archive, you should be able to right-click on it a select 'Extract with Winzip' or 'Extract with Winrar' (assuming you have one or both of those programs installed). If the file is actually an installer program, I don't think there's any way to extract the files without actually installing it.

I count 6 mouse clicks, if you double-click to open the program. :D

Jeez, lazy people these days. :P
