is there any tools to change the speed of the car handeling,etc???(except ZModeler)

Or you can download the Max Painv2.0 mod it will change all the cars & handeling for you.

Well, I was looking for the ultimate trainer, and came across abunch of things to go along with it at a site.

I think there was a gang type patch, and nude path, the ultimate trainer, but also some car modder, dont think it said Zmolder.

So just search for gta3 mods in Google, or go to gta3mod.com I think
