Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

2nd: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. (AMAZING Cut-Scenes!!! Gameplay was pretty cool too...all those outfits. The story could have been better tho.)

3rd comes Metal Gear Solid 2...Raiden was a gay butt-fucker tho, so excluding him.

4th Vice City and GTA3... dunno which to pick. They were both equally fun. (I wanna see Liberty City in the 4th version as a side place to travel too...cough* the whole city this time... San Andreas had a ton of Liberty hidden within, but it's too hard to explore...cry* cry*)
