Clean your registry (registry mechanic) and try it again, if still does not work try renameing the drivers in advanced options... Might help dunno?

64 MB GeForce3-class video card.

We will only officially support cards with ATI and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. We are not officially supporting the GeForce 4 MX series.

Please note, WE ARE supporting all other cards in the GeForce 4 series including GeForce 4 TI, GeForce 4 Go, and GeForce 4200.check if your video cards is supported

I also found out there's a v1.1 patch reloaded released. Try that.

03-03-2006, 12:29 AM
I don't think that the a 64MB Intel extreme graphics is supported!
If i'm not mistaken this is a graphics card tha comes with the mother board right?
If i'm correct then you will need to buy a graphics card!

Monkeee
03-03-2006, 01:49 AM
gawd damn, integrated with celeron!? i'm suprised you can even play BF1

quortoth
03-03-2006, 02:24 PM
you are correct, that is the one thats comes on the motherboard, i have been running BFME1 since it came out.

but.... if it was a graphics card problem, it shouldnt minimize then close and come up with a game.dat error should it? surely it would load up, then lag then crash and burn wouldnt it?

Delorean
03-14-2006, 09:36 PM
Its probably just that time.. if you quit off the game a get in again, i think the problem will not be there..
However, if the problem persist its probably the crack's problem.. or the game's
Try to reinstall the game.

quortoth
03-16-2006, 11:34 PM
the answer to your problem is the built in anti copy feature, it is because the original game files have been changed, such as installing the crack. this is why you should leave it mouinted and use SD4Hide, you WILL always die after 3.30 i had that problem with my BFME 1 and that was original, but i tried to put in a no-cd crack to save my disk..... any help for me?

"Hi LoneEagle013

I've just started reading through your FAQ and spotted the question asking why
units all die for no reason. It happened to me although I've not modified any
of the files.

I found the quick fix was not to reinstall the game but to navigate to the
games installed directory and then to the support directory and to load the The
Battle for Middle-earth_code.exe file. Just re-enter the key and all works
again.

ps. Great FAQ

I heard about a program that disabled pixel shaders in MX and allowed some games that required it to run but i forgot the name...
Anyway this game has a lot of bugs and i don't know if that was going to work but you could try google and see if you can find it...
