Thats probably the best PS2 emulator right now.. A new version just came out a few days ago... But note, just because I say its the best ps2 emulator, doesnt mean it does everything.. Some games dont work.. Some games work but badly.. Basically its a work in progress...

For PS1, I like Virtual Game Station

they have it all and as for the psx emu, with the right plugins psxe is great.

Youll need the sony scph1001 bios and some plugins but those we cant give you here.

what is the min. conf. for ps2 emu?
