all emule servers showing up dead??????

I'm using emule morph with all the correct ports forwarded, and my firewall to allow it to run. Windows xp firewall is disabled and my isp doesn't block anything at their end, yet i still cant even connect to a server?? Anyone offer any advice as to why?

Close emule.
Go to http://ocbmaurice.no-ip.org/index.html
Save the best server list into C:\program files\emule\config
You need to save it as server.met not server-best.met

Try again.

or
DonkeyServerNo2 (ed2k://|server|62.241.53.16|4242|/)

Reset your modem and lower maximum connection.
What is your connection?

Still nothing, i've tried resetting, a complete reinstall of emule. All the ports are open from the test, and have tried lowering the connection. I'm on a 2mbs connection with 20:1 ratio, in the uk

maybe the problem is in the firewall...
