This great game deserves a topic of it's own. I just saw the 15 minute trailer (http://www.gamershell.com/download_13695.shtml) and OMFG it without a doubt has to be one of the best games at E3 so far.

If you actually have those metal gear-type robots as enemies it's gonna be really tough/scary...

I hope they go back to the Urban style missions, I bought a PS2 pretty much solely to play MGS3 (and Bully) and can't get into the jungle stuff. Just doesn't seem that fun to me to have to change Snake's outfit every 5 minutes just because you moved from grassland to dirt...
