Sending MMS message across Europe

[reminder]

I sent a MMS text message to person in Italy. Instead of receiving my message, the person received something like:

"this is a message from Orange. To view the image, log on to orange.co.uk....."

Why didn't the other person receive my message directly on his mobile phone. He the latest Nokia phone.

he mustnt be able to receive them.
i get the same thing on mine as i havent setup the mms settings

he has to phone orange up and subscribe to loads of junkmail. then they send him a text message that automatically sets his phone up for mms messages

He's gotta phone his network (Orange, Vodafone or whoever) to get to see the pics of your cawk.

They have to enable it at their end.
