I had a very good childhood, all things considered. I just wish I'd appreciated it more at the time :dabs:

I had to get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our Dad would kill us, and dance about on our graves singing "Hallelujah."

So, yeah, it was okay.

Sexual abuse eats at you soul , your too young to know any better ,so you blame your self . It follows you thru life till you find someone other than a shrink that understands , she or he lets you vent then tells you it's all right I love you anyway . :)

I had a great childhood. We were skint so we lived on happy shopper but we had plenty of mad lodgers from french brasses to gay ozzies so it was never dull.

They were quite sane till missie moved in, then it was just a slippery slope to hell.

It was brilliant as a child to have almost no restrictions on where I went or what I did. I feel sorry for kids today who suffer because of parents paranoid fear of abduction or abuse!
