Looking for a mp3 p2p program with no spyware?

I also need one thats fairly easy to use, since its for my computer illerate sister...we used to use Kazza but it was loaded with spyware


Soul Seek never really worked for some reason...

If you want to download individual mp3's try Frostwire. Same as Limewire but with all the spyware/adware taken out.

For full albums BitTorrent is best but a bit more involved than Frostwire.

I've tried emule and Ares, they both seem nice for individual MP3s. Used to use WinMX all the time, but after the shutdown, I don't know the condition of their network anymore. Sad to see it go. :(

Shareaza is a nice P2P program, I always got good speeds with that.

Then I found out that torrents exist and that downloading 3GB+ programs/games was possible, so I switched to torrents.

ive had limewire for a long time with no problems. i ran all my anti spyware programs and nothing turned up. just make sure to run everything you download through a virus scanner

Ares is good, Kazaa look alike ! no spy-ware, lots of songs esp new stuff.

I just wish more people would share more 192 bit files and more older rock ag 70' sand 80's.

MP3 on P2p I recommend limewire if you are a patient person and very on to finding rare music. you can try soulseek. it's pretty good...^^
