Demos with multiplayer.

I have a AMD 3500+ Sempron with 512 mb of ram and intigrated graphics. Could someone perscribe me a multiplayer demo that people are playing right now, that i can download and play to entertain myself over the next few hours please?

Uhhh well i dunno how new you want the game to be, but Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is a completely free multiplayer-only game that isn't very demanding.

well i played max payne 2 yesterday with no problems on medium high settings. didnt try maxed out, probally could have done so.
