Working psp emulator?

Hi Just wondering If any one has found a psp emulator that works and that can play commercial games I tried one "pspe" but it can't play commerical games, I just wanted to check out some psp games on my comp and see if They where any good before I buy them or just to play for fun, ect

Nope...

One being worked on but only plays homebrew and then there is Sonys dev kit but thats never ever gonna get released so at this stage its a no.
