Problem with Slow Uploads!

Not sure wahts the matter but everyone who connects to me is only getting a makes of about HALF the speed of a modem.. 3.0 ish when my upload speed is 1M a second >.> anyone know what could be causeing this? Ive turned off all my firewalls.. my upload has been set to unlimited... Im asking these people and they say they have high speed with no other download.

try using
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/tools/speedtest.asp

This will tell you your upload speed. If nothing is wrong with it then i think you have a problem with your settings on kazaa.
