Well it did'nt record my correct ip addy. Sounds like a bit of a scare tatic to me.
Besides it's possible you were just browsing a website and you were curious-wtf can they do.

127.0.0.1 is like a shortcut, which represents your own IP.

If you go to Start--->Run--->then type:

ping 127.0.0.1

you can Ping yourself, you'll see a small dos box open, then close really quickly

The site is harmless, don't give it another thought. :)
