Hi. I just checked torrentse.cx and they just posted Matrix Reloaded. I'm wondering if anyone has this yet, and is it real? Torrentse.cx is a reliable site but I'm not sure about having Matrix Reloaded.

Two reasons why i reckon it's not:

1. The files are just 2 .bin and .cues. If this was real the group who released it would definitely include an .nfo, just to brag about getting it out first.

2. The site it's referencing (www.megadownloadz.com) also claims to have a X-Men 2 vhs screener available. Pretty unlikely noone would have heard about that yet.

If you could preview it I'd at least try, but at 1.6 gigs I think I'll wait until someone verifies it.

edit: It's a shame really, cos I've never come across a fake on bit torrent sites, especially a big one like torrents.cx. I imagine it will be taken down soon if it's found to be a fake.

Bit Torrent is another P2P client. You need to install the program (currently, version 3.2.1) first (Click Here (http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html)) before you can DL a torrent file. Yep, it can also tell you how many peers and seeds you&#39;re connected to, and give you additional info about the tracker.

You guys should also get TorrentSpy (http://torrentspy.sourceforge.net/), it shows you lots of details but more importantly it will tell you when any particular file is finished within a multi-file torrent (like this one). That way you&#39;ll know when one of the .bins is finished and you can test it out.

Now that you think about it, why would a studio release a dvd screener of such a highly anticipated movie of which they are going to great lengths to prevent from being leaked? They had HUGE amounts of security at the New York preview screening. Metal detectors, security guards in the theater, etc.

I think if a screener DOES get leaked, it will probably be when the screen it for Japan, like for X-men 2.

Uh, a DVD screener is sourced from a DVD which is sent to award places like the Oscars to judge the movie. You would usually see something that says "Please do not sell this" or something like that appear every 10 minutes or so.

I DLed Two Towers off a torrent site and when i got it (3 cds-700 MBs EACH) I was not able to open them...in BS Player it said unknown file format...any ideas how to open these files??

Just checked it out, and they are .AVIs, so daemon tools won&#39;t really be much use to you. As to why you can&#39;t play them, I can&#39;t really help you, except to say the normal things about make sure you have the right codecs etc. If it is the file I&#39;m thinking of, the codec is XviD, so make sure you&#39;ve got that on your system.
