:D alright i know that i ask questions that my seem funny or simple to you vets but im knew at this and you guys have been very helpful to me on the forum so if you dont mind this proabably wont be the last 1
so a .mdf file is it like similiar to a cue file or is it an image file , daemon tools will mount them right THANKS FOR YOUR HELP:D

.mdf is one of several CD image formats that Alcohol 120% can mount. Alcohol 120% is used for media "backup". IsoBuster can also interpret these files directly, but I'm not sure about Daemon Tools.

Daemon tools can load the mdf files...or the file that comes with it....im not sure which way it goes but the mdf comes with another file right and daemon can load one of the two.

Every program has its own file type, which sucks if u ask me, but everybody praise its own shit and if im not wrong mdf and mds are alcohol file types.

Yes they are alcohol120% files.;)

Thats right .mdf comes with .mds and they are Alcohol 120% files, but daemon tools can mount them just fine no problem. I hardly ever use alcohol 120% since DT can mount just about everything!
