nah not 4... i'd give it a 3 or possibly 3.5 in time but not any higher. a lot has changed at that site over the past couple of weeks and tbh i put it in my shit list for the time being. gamer4eva, it's totally up to you, but i personally would just toss it

They just restarted their site and already they are at 700+ torrents.. so it seems they are making a nice effort.
