upload question

hi..
i checked and my uploade speed is 152.64KB/s which means i can upload at 19.08KB/s rate and my question is how do i use all of this 19KB/s when i am uploading..?
should i change something in the bitcoment preference because when i am uploading it is max 10kbps

check a torrent with lets say 200 leechers and up to 400 seeders

Dont use bitcomet use a real client and you might achieve better speeds.
