[Help] Rating trackers

[RainRoofer]

Ok.I need you to rate trackers in Speed and Content from scale 1-10 compraing to sct, wich is 10 in both.
First number is content, second is speed(Look at SCT).So compare all of them to sct.
I urge users that have lots of accs and exp with these trackers, and also those with slow bw don't rate speed.

Maybe people with "bad" connections, i.e. under 10 Mbps (for example), feel they can't judge a torrent site's speed.
In my case for instance; I have 4 Mbps down so I pretty much max out my connection on every torrent site (public or private) but that doesn't necessarily mean the speeds are good for > 10 Mbps users. Understand?
