when i wanna download something i have this

Du har allerede tatt testen for mange manger.Du må ta kontakt med en i Staben hvis du har en god grunn for at du skal få lov til å ta testen en gang til.

you have tried to take the test to many times. You have to contact staff if you have a good reason why you should be allowed to take the test again...

and if you didnt know, you have to take a test before you can dowload and if you fail the test to many times... well you gt the message you just got...sorry about that

yeah, the test is about the faq and rules so you have to be familiar with the faq and rules to pass, so insdet of just clicking those squares saying you have read those you actually have to read them, or be familiar with torrents in general
