I got my first question answered, now i have 2 more questions

1)How do u know if ur download is going smoothly when downloading from utorrent?because when i use bittornado there was a light that turned green, meaning it was going smoothly...

2)Why is my upload so static, it would go from 75 to 95 in less than a second, it never keeps a normal upload speed, is that normal??

I am planning to download Utorrent, and i am wondering after i install it do i have to restart my computer?? because my computer has a password and the only person that knows the password ain't coming back for a week.

Nope, its really not even an install, you just download the executable and thats basically it.

When your speed jumps and comes back down it is fluctuating. This basically means that your computer for a second recieves more data or gives more data.

It's normal. And by the speeds you should be able to tell if it is going 'smoothly'.
