It says:

Warning: You must put your actual password if you want to change it or if you want to change your email

Warning: To change your email adress you will have to answer the message sent to your new email adress.

Put your new password again.

Or something like that ;)

Try to use min 10 chars (small and big letters -for example XYzazaxzxcvcX)

Try to use min 10 chars (small and big letters -for example XYzazaxzxcvcX)
From the FAQ, about the password:
1. Minimum 8 chars
2. Max 40 chars
3. Password can not be the same as the users login
4. Password can not contain the users login
5. Not allowed are only letters/numbers (like "mike" or "64393721")
6. Password can not contain a row of letters/numbers (like "abcdef1" or "12345a")
7. Password cannot be a "popular" word (like "dupa.8" - dupa means a*s :))

The 7th point goes, I think, only for "popular" polish words...

Hope everything is clear now. :)
