Clear your cookies. There was another thread with a similar discussion about iplog, and that was the advice for that issue.

I saw server maintenance once.Thereafter it has been loading rather reluctantly and doesn't go to any of the links.I hope its going to be up and running normally soon.

so is it safe to assume that any uploading that i do while the server is down now doesn't help my ratio even if i hit update tracker later?

Your uploads while the tracker is down will only affect your stats if you don't exit out of your BT client before the tracker comes back up. If you exit (or stop the torrent) before the tracker is back up, then the stats won't be recorded. If you just leave your computer on and that torrent running, then the stats will update correctly once the tracker comes back up again.
