Underground Gamer doesn't have any pre 2001 games. It's purely retro, pisexy and bitsoup have enough for me, don't think there was anything that I wanted for my psp that they didn't have. They also have a lot of psx roms which work on the psp which is also pretty sweet

I like Demonoid - you can actually filter PSP PSX releases as well, which is handy if you use custom firmware.
