Limit download in uTorrent

Hey guys,

Is there a way other than the default limiting system in uTorrent to limit the download speed? Because it doesn't really work for me. My max connection is around 430kB/s down and I've set the limit to 400kB/s but it ALWAYS stays over that. The upload limits just fine, but not the download.

Thats strange because when you manually limit your download speed it should not exceed the speed you have set it to....

Use netlimiter if utorrent doesn't work.

I'm gonna try and get v1.6 working because before it wasnt working. I'm using 1.6.1 beta. if that doesnt work, then i'll try netlimiter
