I will say she was kind to me when I had a problem, and I felt comfortable talking to her after that.

Quitting means being gone forever. If you're just gonna be busy for a few months, don't quit and just be somewhat inactive! No need to announce you're going to quit and then months later come back! Stop this B.S.!
