Is it possible to download the game and play online? I've read several posts (i've used the SEARCH option), and some say 'yes' others say 'no'. Which, if any versions can you play online (and can you link me to another topic with the hash, or post the hash here)?
Hopefully someone will be able to clear this up for me.
Thanks!

RTCW does have multiplayer online, but it'll only work if you actually buy the game and get a valid CD-Key. However (as I've said before), you can create a MP game and others can join in, but only if they know your IP address. Supposedly you can also join games on servers from this website...

but I've never been able to, they're always too full.

And yes they were working on an expansion pack, which then became a stand alone game, but it's now been cancelled. They're just going to incorporate what they're finished into the next update patch for RTCW.

I followed that link from another thread, and I was able to connect to and play in an online game. So, if anyone was wondering, it does work. :)

Thanks for clearing that up.
Now... which version should i download? i've seen several hashes, which one is the one to get?
Can someone please post the best hash, or link me to a topic with that hash in it?
Thanks a lot for the help.

There are two verified hashes here, but they are not in hybrid (link) format. That means you'll need to highlight all three lines, right-click and select copy. Then paste it into either K-Sig or Sig2dat. I can't say which hash is better since I downloaded it so long ago I can't remember which one I used (I would guess the .iso version because they are usuallly better)...

Thanks a lot,
I'll check out the ISO version first.
If anyone has a different version that they prefer, let me know so i can try those too.
Thanks for all the help!

Ok, i couldn't find the ISO version, but i found the other one. It installed, and looks like it'll work...
But, now i'm having an issue opening the game. I can't run it, i get this message...

Does anyone here know how to fix this? I was once able to play this game, but now i can't (after WinXP Pro install).
Here's one thing i do know... Some sort of 3D Install program was on the Medal of Honor: Allied Assault CD. After running that install program (the install required the internet), Medal of Honor and Wolfenstein both worked. Does anyone know what 3d install program i'm talking about?

I know this kinda is going off topic, but i want to play Wolfenstein!
Thanks!
