I got Dr.Divx and its a great program, I've done lots of encoding with it and its always been succesful but at the moment Im trying to encode matrix reloaded cd2 and it keeps crashing on 97%

PLEASE HELP

Have you tried scanning the file in virtual dub to see if there were any bad frames?

I can't when I try and load the file into virtual dub it says:

MPEG Import Filter: pack synchronization error

the file may be corrupted?? happened to me with LOTR TTT 2nd cd downloaded it again and it wrked
btw i used TMPGenc wen dis happened.

I dont think its corrupted because I can view the SVCD but when I try and convert it to AVI it crashes, cd1 and cd3 converted fine.

Try this modified version of Virtual Dub which supports mpeg files.
