If you want U*** for the pretimes or speed then forget about it its not even close to get new realeses fast but if you are desperate after it and want it for the rarity then you should get it, In my opinion U*** could pass as level 6 in rarity.

I know that it not exist lvl 6. But if there were I think it should easily be lvl 6, I mean how many U*** offers has there been in the past 6 months? not many..and i see atleast 1 or more sct and ftn offers every week. In rarity U*** is an different level but FTN and ScT has the pretimes,speed,content ect.
