Nti Cd-maker 6.0

I recently downloaded NTI CD-MAKER 6, it lets you convert avis to vcd and svcd....but you need...MPEG-2 Plug-In for NTI CD-Maker 6.0, can i get this for free, am i able to get it on kazaa anywhere?

i have nti cd maker 6.0 platinum and it seems to be working all right for me
wny dont you try using TMPGEnc i use it all the time and its much better than the nti cd maker one you can find it on the home page or edskes download mirror.
