Why do they call it breast stoke?

I mean I dont see any kind of Breast stroking in it

you would think it would be a very good womans event breast stroking but for some reason they swim

Maybe it´s because only that part of the body hits the water on the movemente.

Breast Stoke huh?? - hmmm - hehehe - yes i think its because the breast is the part that strikes the water first and the arms just..... stroke on by....

But why call it a Heart Stroke as well ??? does the heart all of a sudden start swimming when you die?
