Hello ppl, does anyone know of a program that:
Controls internet traffic on a LAN, and has a "priority"system, so that if user A has a higher priority then user B, when he logs on, the program will cut user B's bandwith, and "re-direct" it to user A....

This would be EXTREEMELY helpfull :D
