you cant just start a torrent site and let anyone join.
it will start out with veryyy slow speeds.
they are going to have the fastest seeds of any site when they open up.

They were more busy in praising how great their site is and going to be rather than uploading some stuff into the tracker. lol :P

They had also the same rule that only uploaders (need to fulfill requirements) can upload. I think, there should be sites like F***. ANyone can upload there. Even the demand for the tracker is too high here.

its not only for seedboxes....but if someone want to become an uploader, he must have a seedbox or atleast a good Upload Speed:)
