Refresh-button, sometimes F5, and sometimes I update all tabs at once, using the tab-menu.

You do know that if your ISP uses proxy servers then refresh or f5 just refreshes the content from their servers. To do a proper refresh you need to press ctrl at the same time. That gets the updated content from the actual site.

Obviously you know that. What was I thinking, it's feckin' basic. My apologies.

i use the lounge button. however, under internet options>general>settings i have the "check for newer versions of stored pages" box checked as "automatically". AFAIK, using the lounge button, and having that box checked might not always refresh the page. Not to mention the proxy server cache thing mentioned by JP.

I use a douche bag.

I use a douche bag.

Do you see what I did there? Because like, the thread title just asks how do you refresh, but doesn't specify what you refresh. See?

I also think I might have got it wrong, I think I should have said "douche" instead of "douche bag".
