Newb Not Sure How Hashes Work

I see hashes like :=JAJq1awgW4epoToMjlfpAYXXRh4=
but where do I plug this into? I have Shareaza, biturrent, kazaalite(which can not find any vice city)
i need my vice city fix please help
basically I need to be able to turn this hash, into a torrent file, so that Shareaza picks it up. an example of what works for me is...

For Kazaalite Hashes

If you have Kazaalite then you should have sig2dat. If the link your trying to get is a quicklink (like a url) click on it with Kazaalite opened and it will be added to your download list (might require a restart). If it is a normal link (test) select it all and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl + C) then open sig2dat and select paste from clipboard. The item will then be added to your download list (once again might require a restart).
