Patch For Empire Earth

I am able to donwload patch but, I get an error that says "found old file with same name, but contents do not match"; or something similar to that.

Do you have a rip?

Have you installed any no-cd patches?

I unpacked the zipped file and that was basically it, it worked from there but I am still unable to update.
