What was that private torrent site that got shutdown about a year ago. It was really awesome because anyone could upload. Does anyone remember the name?

Wow pretty rough:P. Seriously though, what exactly did they do to the owners and users? I'm assuming lawsuits and charges to the owners, but did they go after the users at all?

A Dutch based group like RIAA called Brein visited the Site owner at home. If he puts the site back up he faces major fines... No jail time was given.
