I am using Dreamweaver MX to create a website
How would i make a frame like this with dreamweaver?:

Edit: dang my pic is messed up, i will try and explain
I would like to place a "frame box" on my page and not have framesets
everywhere. I would like this frame to be just like a window where
dif pages can be viewed.

Post that plan again in this board, but use the Courier font (use the toolbar when posting) instead; it's a fixed-width font, so all you'd need to worry about is the number of spaces rather than aligning them all.

when i posted, it took out all the large spaces that i put in
for example

when the two bars were actually this far apart:

It happens in certain forums - Must be a spam control.

Do it in Courier, but replace the spaces with xs (Trust me - Anyone who's seen a few FAQ texts won't be confused)
