Tracker for Assorted Foreign Music?

I'm wondering if there is a tracker that's especially good for various foreign music (as in non-English vocals). I know that Oink has 2780 World Music torrents and 965 J-Music torrents, and Demonoid/public trackers probably have a some more. Also, I'm aware that I can go to trackers of each individual country. In a addition to these, is there a site that has a good assortment of various foreign music?
